They have a terrible service and business ethic. I had a hot water heater go out and they took over two weeks to notify me of the solution. When I called they told me "to be honest, we forgot about you." Then when they finally gave me the price quote they tried to take me over the coals and add a bunch of other stuff that wasn't covered under my home warranty to the sum of $230. And then they criticized me of "not caring about other people." I have never worked with such an unprofessional business. Watch out and stead clear of these crooks.
