The management isn't very friendly. Jessica and Sandra were both very curt with me. Sandra acted as if I was wasting her time when I was just asking for an application and some information. They also only give new tenants 90 days to do $4000 worth of add ons. For anyone who is buying a new mobile home to set in their park, that is not an easy thing to do. For being a park that is just over the fence from a drug infested area, they charge too much for their spaces and expect too much from new tenants.

the garbage clean up guys alone deplete the value of the place by doing a very half hearted job, one guy looks like a skinhead with offensive t-shirts shaved head, that young man seems to be working here picking up garbage just to look through the garbage for credit card info! sometimes having their little girl friends go around pilfering for bank info! Ive had to cancel credit cards more than once over mysterious charges! if this place cant find a better waste pick up company who does the job they are paid to do, i can guarantee the place will be presentable as it once was...
