We made appointment with them for living trust. Since it was our first time doing it, we didn't know what to expect and wanted to come prepared. Couple days before our appointment, my husband called to see if we need to bring any documents with us to the appointment. The receptionist answered the phone with an extremely unfriendly manner telling us that we needed to discuss with our lawyer and he would tell us what to do. It seems like we would need to pay for several appointments to have this done. However, we still decided to go with them since they have good review on google. On our appointment date, we showed up at their office only to know that our appointment had been cancelled due to emergency. They told us they had to cancel our appointment the day before, but couldn't contact us to reschedule because they didn't have our phone number, which was hard to believe. It was a very frustrating situation for us since we had to take off work to come. And for a lawyer office that can't even handle an appointment cancellation correctly, you can't depend on them to do anything else right. They offered us a discount for the inconvenience, but it sounds like a scam to us since we don't even have any idea how much they are gonna charge us.
