I had the best experience with mr.martinez he helped me all the way with my case and won for me. I couldnt thank him more.

For the love of god PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE! Fred Martinez will takes your money and not help one bit. The F***er might even get you in more trouble. (like he did me) The hell?

TERRIBLE attorney, He NEVER returns phone calls, he is not prepared when he goes to court, and because he had to cancel a court hearing we had scheduled , it cost us another 3,600.00 not to mention the additional fee he charges us of 400.00 at the end of the case. Fights for nothing for you !! Then he calls you being rude when you call him on it, or tells to you look for another attorney, or just quiets !! I paid for a paper work that I never got !! Trust me find someone else.

Fred Martinez will not return opposing parties phone calls with legitimate concerns to the best interest and safety of children.he is very unprofessional and corrupt if you're thinking about retaining this attorney just represent yourself you'll do better

Absolutely the worst attorney, if you can call him that, in this state. Amazing that he is still in business as it appears that he has not changed at all over the years. Martinez never returns calls or e-mails, gives misinformation and bad advice, does not represent you when needed, extremely rude and condescending with no apologies for his behavior, and no one in the office will assist your; they lie and say they will but never follow through. We did more on our own in a month than Martinez did in 6 months. He definitely did not earn the money that he charged us for his "services." Now that's a joke right there, services. Not sure what he does but he sure does not serve his clients.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND HIM AS AN ATTORNEY TO ANYBODY. HE IS LAZY AND DOES NOT DO THE JOB HE TELLS YOU HE WILL DO.

Do NOT hire this man. He's a poor excuse for an attorney. He gave me a price to represent me, then after he didn't have me sign a contract he overcharged me. After firing after 11 months of getting nothing accomplished on my case, I found out from the court that he never filed anything that I paid him to do. He not only, did NOTHING for the money I gave him, but then he had the nerve to bill me $10,000 after I fired him. He NEVER once gave me an invoice even though I asked for one at least 15 times. He also, called the defendant (opposing side) to his home on a personal call, so UNETHICAL! BEWARE, do NOT hire him, he's lazy, unprofessional, rude and a liar. He impacted my case so negatively by what he did that I will be effected forever by this. Do NOT hire this man, you too will regret ever hiring him.

I do not reccomend Fred Martinez to anybody. He is the most laziest person i know, never has anything ready when you go to court, always calls you at the last minute,never wants to help you out which he is getting paid for, always letting the other person get whatever they want in court just agrees with whatever the judge says instead of fighting for you. He is mean and rude to his clients. He did absolutely NOTHING for me in court, i actually did a better job on my own! I will NEVER use this attorney again. And i hope you don`t either.

This has got to be the worst, laziest, meanest person ever to have passed the bar!!!!!! Fred C Martinez has no human compassion or understanding for another person. He is selfish and will tell you to give up and give the person you are going to court with "everything they ask for" and he will put you down, make your self confidence disappear.
