Provided by YP.comThis agency is issuing illegal policies without clients knowledge or consent. When confronted Jay continued to try to "sell me" the illegal policy with stolen info from previous owner of this agency. Currently under investigation by NM Superintendent of Insurance. Geico has reprimanded them. Also the five star review Shawna S is an agent there. Google reviews will confirm this fact. BEWARE!!!

Provided by YP.comHad a Geico employee roll his window down and hit my mirror because he was trying to merger into traffic and felt I wasn't letting him in. Followed him for a bit to get some info, license plate, and possibly insurance info since I wasn't sure if he damaged my car. Luckily he pulled over and got out in an aggressive manner and I was able to see his face for future ID if needed. Not very smart to act this way on the road in your Geico vehicle! Already have corporate office looking into the situation. Enjoy unemployment!

I had Geico insurance for about 15 years or more, and over that time, I spent thousands of dollars for insurance for myself and three teen drivers. In order to save a few dollars each month, in December of 2005, I mistakenly signed a waiver for uninsured motorist coverage, but kept my liability policy on my late model car. An uninsured driver hit my car head-on a few months later, injuring me and two of my four kids (one who was only four at the time.) After unsuccessful attempts to file a claim, I was told that my accident would not be covered since I had signed the waiver refusing uninsured coverage. My car was totaled and my injuries were well over $20,000 with physical therapy, etc. A few years later when I finally got a used car, I switched to State Farm and my payments were much lower. My insurance agent told me that State Farm would have covered my accident, even if I had signed a waiver refusing uninsured motorist coverage, and showed me a copy of a letter they sent out to all their customers. I showed a copy of the letter to Geico and was told that they chose not to follow the same rules that most of the other insurance companies agreed to follow due to a lawsuit (http://www.collinsattorneys.com/injuryblawg/uninsuredunderinsured-motorist-claims/new-mexico-supreme-court-expan/). My insurance agent, Emily Rivera with State Farm in Albuquerque is exceptional and very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and also State Farm. I challenge all Geico customers who are unsatisfied with their coverage to look into State Farm or other insurance companies. I have saved well over Geico's "15%" when I switched to State Farm, and also believe State Farm is more equitable and customer-oriented. I welcome any attorney who would be willing to look into this matter on my behalf on a marginal or pro-bono basis as I am now on disability. Thank you. (Note: I had to give Geico a one in order to rate them, but honestly, it should be a negative one.)
