Having lived here for over 35 years and had dogs the entire time, I have been to many groomers over the years. Groomingdales is, by far, the best we have ever used. There is a comfort level that is felt as soon as you and your pets walk in the door. Rose, the owner, is so warm and wonderful-she answers all your questions with a smile and a level of professionalism that is very hard to come by these days. Yolanda, "groomer extraordinaire" is an expert with any all types of dogs. Our two actually wag their tails as we approach their door! Their fees are very competitive and many discounts can be applied. Do not waste your time or money on any other place.

I moved here a couple of years ago and I can honestly say that among the groomers I have used here and where I previously lived, this is by far the best I've found. Their rates are very competitive, staff members are friendly and very professional, and it is apparent that they treat their customer canines very well. One thing I find particularly helpful is that they will clean the dogs' anal glands at no added charge. They also offer other small, special services that lift them above the norm, e.g., bucks-off coupons, free upgrades to oatmeal and medicated shampoos, quality doggie treats, and just all-around pleasant customer relations. I really like that they do not keep my dog any longer that necessary which helps keep his stress level down.
