Moved back to ABQ after 30 yrs. Had a sewer pipe problem in our old home, culminating in one of their large snakes getting stuck in the main svc pipe. Had to rent more equipment to get the snake out, eventually pulled it out with the car! The owner was incredibly helpful & didn't even charge us for the extra equipment, or a late fee for the snake. GREAT business!

We tilled and trenched to redo our yard with the great help of HRA. The service is personal and fast. We had no idea how to do any of this and they helped us all the way.

We brought back an item and we were GROSSLY OVERCHARGED. WE PAID IN ADVANCE AND WAS CHARGED 40.00 ADDITIONAL FOR TIME FOR LESS THAN 30 MIN. WHEN RETURNED. WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO THEM SINCE THEY FIRST OPENED. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.... POINT IS TO FIND ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY. THAT , MY BOYS, HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. SEE YA!

It really helped out that they were open 7 days a week because of course our plumbing clogged on Friday night. We could go in first thing Saturday morning and get a snake, that worked great. The price sure beat that of a plumber. Thanks!

WOW! We redid our yard this year. Took out the sod with a sod cutter, sculpted some hills with a tiller and put in rock with a bobcat. The people at Highland Rent All were really nice and they gave us great advice on how to get our job done. The prices were reasonable, too. Thanks

I'm just now calling on a Sunday at 3:08pm and no one's answering the phone. No message saying they're out either. The hours on the site say their open Sunday till 5. Dissappointing.
