I am giving this place a 1 star but seriously if I could I wouldn't give them any. I have traveled and lived all over America and this place has by far the worst facilities and service. Even by Albuquerque standards which are not that high. Gym is horrible. Place is dirty. I just wanted the pool. But later realized that the pool is always full of scum. Why? They only clean it once a week !!! I showed up many times for swim lessons for my kids where the teacher didn't even show up.



Signed up for 3 months to learn later that I had to cancel the membership after the 3 months in order for it to stop!!! Otherwise it keeps going! And you have to give them one month warning before cancelling!!!



This place is ran by robots. Especially corporate. With no understanding of client servicing. You just feel like they do the minimum as long as they get your money. They couldn't car less about client satisfaction. Horrible. Stay away from the Albuquerque location near Montgomery like the plague.

Not recommended. You pay for aging tennis courts, a scuzzy pool, and potted plants. Dues go up every year. Staff turnover is about 400% per year. When you leave, be sure to give two months notice because the contract requires you to pay another month. Defined Fitness is much better and half the cost for me.
