I called and asked for services, they said they said I would get a call without 2 to 3 days..I waited almost 2 weeks before calling again...they apologized and said they would make sure I was contacted for services and no one called me back. communication is horrible and they Do NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.

I had landscaping completed recently by this company! I have received so many compliments from family and friends on my beautiful yard! I understand why it takes some time to have the work scheduled as they are booked solid. It is worth the wait! Every detail was attended to! The price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. If I wanted a change, it was not a big deal! The site supervisor was extremely nice and ensured I approved of the work! The landscape architect was also very professional and patient when I proposed multiple changes to the landscape plans. I have a friend that also used this company and loved the results! The site supervisor does a final review of the installation to ensure everything is done right! I couldn't ask for more! I am planning more landscaping this year and will have The Hilltop do the installation! This is such a great company!

Provided by YP.comThey don't follow through, they don't return phone calls or respond to email. They obviously have enough customers and don't need any new ones.

Provided by YP.comDont return phone calls, unresponsive. They came out to my house once, took pictures, were supposed to make a design, they never followed through. I called them at least 3 times, left messages and tried email but I guess they have enough business and they don't need any more.

Provided by YP.comI contacted Hilltop and after multiple emails and phone messages Jim finally came out to our house on a Saturday morning, after looking at what we wanted done he made a comment "I guess this job is worth a estimate" that was the last thing I needed to hear especially from the owner. It now has been almost a month and still not bid. If you like playing phone tag and are not in a hurry then this would be your company. We are not in a hurry but very upset with the comments made and the lack of urgency on their part. We will not be going with this company to do the backyard of our home.

The bid was reasonable, so I was very dissapointed when the Maintenance Manager did not return my calls. I indicated on my voicemail that I was ready to proceed with the job, but not even then did I receive a call back. I even tried through the front desk person but Victor was not available - and apparently I couldn't be connected to any one else. It's possible they didn't consider the work I was going to have done as a major job, but a response would be the appropriate thing to do; even if only to tell me they would not be accepting the job.Sadly, they lost out on my business.
