I cannot believe how my children were treated when they went to hoots. The staff was terrible and yelled at my children on several occasions. The facilty was very dirty and not comfortbale. I would never recommend this place unless you like going home with your child crying in the backseat of your car.

This is a very poorly organized and poorly run business!!!It's very strange that in a children's facility that the staff is not trained to politely work with children. We have been to Hoot's on several occasions and more than not received rude service as well as one time the desk clerk very rudely told my daughter to put on her socks. I understand that wearing socks is one of their rules but my 4 year old daughter was waiting for my assistance in putting them on. Another issue is that they charge for sessions that are in two hour increments. The last time we were there I was charged for the full session but they said that time was up almost fifteen minutes early. From now on I will stick to the other Jump facilities in Albuquerque.
