These people cannot deliver what they advertise. My Mother tried to work with them for two years. In that time she saw four "providers". Two were fired (according to other employees). Unfortunately, they were the only two who were reliable. One made appointments which she never kept, she refused to come at a time when my Mother was in her apartment, and so missed her all the time. The other one was the doctor who was supposed to be the medical director. He showed up once and that was all. She was unable to get her pain medicine prescription and they allowed it to run out causing her serious withdrawal symptoms. At last they decided to cut her off (made sense because they obviously were not interested in treating her) with three weeks warning, but with a promise to be sure she had the prescription. They did not follow through although I called them several times. We had difficulty getting her medical records when we requested them.
