CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

Very poor service. Employees weren't ready to service customers on 6 March at 10:00am when they are suppose to be open at 7:00am. My wife and I arrived at 10:05am. We ordered a hot sandwich and they informed us that they couldn't service hot sandwiches because the lady that is suppose to turn on the pannini machine arrived at 9:00am and the machine had just been turned on and it would take an hour to heat up the grill. Not only did the person in charge of the pannini grill didn't do her job turning it on upon arriving. But the other employee who arrived early who knew that it takes an hour to get the grill hot didn't take the initiative to turn it on. Based on their attitudes I don't think they were the owners. I'm writing this review so that the owners are aware of how their business being ran.
