Very friendly staff. Worked hard trying to find the wood and tile that would match my vision. Gave a tentative estimate of work start date and time to completion. This is just the begining so we will see how the rest goes.

I happened upon House of Floors based on an internet search. Brittany is absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry, including carpet (the performance lines are especially impressive), engineered flooring and vinyl flooring. The showroom is spacious and well-organized without being overwhelming the way the big box stores like Floor and Decor are. I highly recommend House of Floors to anyone who wants outstanding personalized service from a well-established, locally owned business.

Ryan, Joslyn, and their staff were all very helpful as well as patient with us as we decided just what color and type would go with what we have. Once we finally zeroed in on a carpet choice, the material was ordered and the install quickly scheduled. The installers were very conscientious and did an outstanding job. I purchased tile from the House of Floors (Albuquerque) for a kitchen backsplash and it was installed in August 2012. I very much appreciate House of Floors' willingness to work with me to find U.S.A-made ceramic tile for my "all U.S. made" kitchen remodel. The ceramic tile and glass mosaic accents that I selected match my Cambria (also U.S. made) countertop perfectly. With regard to installation - Luke arrived on time both days, did a great job installing,and cleaned up when he was done. I would be happy to purchase tile and installation services from House of Floors again. My backsplash is beautiful!
