I simply wanted my fiance to check in a few hours before me and three people at the front desk including the general manager assured me that my fiance would have to show a credit card and it would be billed one dollar. Instead theycharged both my fiances card and my card the full amount plus deposits which caused over draft fees of $35 plus and interest rate increase from 5% to 35% on her card. This was a terrible experience. The week before at the dental convention she had some of the same problems. They lost her room told her there was no other rooms available except the "Parlor" which is a meeting room, and the wanted her to sleep on a rollaway bed. So by accident she called reservations, thinking she was getting the front desk and asked if any rooms had become available by people who cancelled. The operator said there was plenty of rooms available( by the way reservations is in another state.) Long story short. the hotel manager lied. THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL????????GIVE ME A BREAK!

I CALLED JUST NOW 3:20 TO SEE ABOUT ROOM FOR JUNE 9TH 1DAY AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY HAD ROOMS AVAILABLE I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THERE!!!!!
