This was the worst professional experience I have ever had. These people were rude, EXTREMELY unfriendly, unprofessional, inattentive and clearly don't care about their tenants. I would never recommend this company to my friends that own property and need property management. Imperial Group does not care about their property renters and it shows!! My advice to you if you're reading this... find a property management company that actually cares about their tenants. They deserve to be treated with respect and some kindness. This company is clearly poorly managed.

My opinion of this property management firm? They are neither very effective, attentive or competent in monitoring one's property, collecting what an owner is owed by tenants, or in making sure that one's property stays in good condition. They need to hire more employees and/or take their responsibilities much more seriously.
