USER RATINGNot RecommendedBy ..., 5/16/04i paid a weekly rate at $155.00 ($620/month) which was NOT worth the stay nor the money. the rules at the complex (which are insane) are governed by corporate rules and do NOT allow for any exceptions. complaints as follows: opening the windows or the blinds is not permitted; monthly rooms are pre-selected and no discounts or reduced rates on non-monthly rooms; unannounced room checks and "maintenance" to rooms (with door left wide open); elevator is broken; washers/dryers make your clothes smell musty; walls, cabinets, furniture, mattress, bedding, carpet, shower curtain are disgustingly filthy and unsanitary; towels, sheets are NOT bleached and may contain leftover bloodstains or foreign matter; air conditioning/heating unit is moldy and musty smelling; cracked and missing floor tiles in the bathroom; broken or missing lights in the outside hallways; and most importantly, lack of adept security - a person walks the hallways once or twice in a night, that's it. i called once to inform security of a vehicle in the back lot with lights on and expressed my concern for my safety with regards to whether or not anyone was sitting in the car as i parked mine - his response was, "oh, we don't do anything about that" which i assume he only referred to lights left on. did i happen to mention the loud people/parties and many drug dealings that go on there? it's pathetic that security is even called security. the back lot is quite dark and many people cut through the lot from the highway and during the day, it's a parking hang out for people on lunch break. in addition, the use of engine (jake) brakes of trucks in the early morning are terribly LOUD and annoying... i could go on and on, but maybe you get the point i am making. Please sign in to vote.
