We truly love Cajun cooking, which is why we wanted to share our favorite dishes, recipes, and flavors with the people of Albuquerque. At J. Gumbo’s, we have po boys, bourbon chicken, and gumbo served at every spice level. Our restaurant is also filled with the rich aromas that come from taking the time to cook each dish to perfection. And because our portions are so generous, we’re also known for catering events across town.
