Took my dog there for the 1st time this weekend and they DID NOT do what I asked. I asked for a lamb cut with fluffy legs and to my surprise and disappointment they didn't do that. Instead, my dog looks completely all one length and just chopped. The winter is right around the corner too. My daughter and I are so sad. At least it will grow back. I was surprised because this place won best of burque this year... We won't be back.

I have loved Jack & Rascals since the first day I walked in. They carry the best food, including Orijen which is hard to find. They have a frequent buyer program for the dog food, and I have already received two free bags. I have also been very happy with the quality of my dogs grooming, especially because he hates to be groomed. I always recommend them to everyone who asks.

We took our dogs in for grooming at Jack and Rascals today for the first time after moving to another side of town and were more than pleased. Customer service is outstanding! They are competitively priced, the staff is very nice, and the dogs looked great when I picked them up and seemed relaxed and happy. I highly recommend them.

I love this place!! They are always so helpful, I have a very picky eater and they are very patient and have given me some great ideas on how to get her to eat. They also took the time to show me how to properly brush and take care of my dogs at home. Great people, high quality dog and cat food, and great toys and products.

I totally agree with them having HORRIBLE customer service. I was dropping my dogs off to be groomed and they had me fill out the paperwork. When I was done I was trying to give it to the guy at the front desk. He was on the phone so I just stood there waiting. He finally looked at me, rolled his eyes and then turned his back to me. I had to leave the paperwork on the counter. I would NEVER go back there and I tell everyone I know that it's awful. I hope they go out of business just because they're so rude! They act like they're doing you a favor by just allowing you in their store.

I have so many good thing to say about Jack & Rascals, we have been taking our English bulldog from the age of 8 weeks old, and have loved everyone at the store, especially the owners, there was a time when my family and I needed to make an emergency trip overseas, and I mentioned to the owners that I would be placing our bulldog in a kennel for 3 weeks and it would cost me a pretty penny, the owners phoned me 20 mins later and said we will watch your bulldog while you are overseas, there are not many people like this out there, they always go above and beyond for there customers, there groomers, sales associates are friendly and do an awesome job.
