Its overpriced! Took almost 4 ...

Its overpriced! Took almost 4 hours for them to finish and was not what I wanted even though I took in 2 pictures of the cut I wanted, my hair is naturally curly and so were the cuts in the pictures I took in. I also wanted 2 chunky, bold streaks in my hair and she did small, not very bold streaks all over that you can't even see unless I'm in the sun. The stylist rushed the time she took with my hair even though she had me there for 4 hours. SHe had several other clients waiting so she skimped on the quality of cut and color and charged me double the price for coloring since it took two processes. The cut she gave me made me look about 10 years older. The stylist rushed us off and started with her next client as soon as she could. I will never return to jc penney to get my hair cut or colored again!! I should have listened to two of my friends who said they stopped going there because the hair cuts and styles made them look too old and were outdated!! Get with the times ladies!
