I took in a stone to be set for my wife. The price was low, the service fast, the quality absent. Simple 4-prong setting was not symmetrical. I mentioned this and the ancient big-hair lady handed my money back without a word, turned her back on me. I was like, wait, it's just not quite right... Can we work this out? She ignored me! I attempted to talk to the owner, an elderly psychopath who utterly disrespected me before ordering me out of his shop, or he'd "throw me though a window." Incredulous, I said, "Are you threatening me?" He responded "YES!!" Wow! I left, filed a police report. Which is to say, take your business elsewhere, hopefully to a non-psychotic jeweler.
