Provided by YP.comInitially, my first impression was that I would be happy with this company. They replaced my old roof with a TPO roof, as per my request. Unfortunately, some of the seams were not properly sealed and we ended up with some leaks that damaged one of our walls in our study and also the ceiling and a wall in our garage. They returned to patch the seams, hopefully correctly this time and also sent someone out to cut open the ceiling in our study and in our garage in order to do a leak test and make sure the leaks are repaired. After a week of having two good sized holes in the ceiling of our study and the weather turning colder, I had not heard back from them. I had to call them back to see what was going on. They scheduled an appointment for this morning with me, in which I took off of work to be home, only to get a phone call saying that they couldn't make it. Everyone at JRC that I have dealt with have been friendly. My main complaint is that, one - they did not properly seal some of the seams in the TPO which caused the leaks and, two - I feel like they have left me hanging and did not follow up with me after they came and cut the holes in my ceiling. In those areas, I am very disappointed with the company. Not to mention that when the worker cut the holes in the sheet rock and, although he made an effort to clean up, I spent at least another 2 hours cleaning up the fine dust from the sheet rock.
