Open Message From The Owner: Small and mid-sized companies need the same skills and talents that large corporations require. Human resource management, bank negotiations, business analysis, cost management and budget and strategic planning are all instrumental to the success of most business endeavors. Small to mid-sized corporations cannot afford several staff members to fulfill these duties and quite often the effort does not require even one full time employee. What is needed is an individual with expertise in all of these fields who can lay out an operational and financial plan and then oversee its implementation.
