I was charged $350 for a roof repair and told that there was no warranty on the repair. The next time it rained, the roof continued to leak. I might as well have taken the $350 and burned it. To put it mildly, they suck. I have no idea how they got on Angie's list as being such a good company.

When the rains finally hit, I found I did have a leak. When they they did come out to investigate. They said it was coming from my A/C unit and that I had put it on after they replaced the roof and it was my responsibility. I told them the A/C was there when they did the roof. They basically called me a liar. The leak was coming from the leg supports on the A/C, but they did the work around the legs. They attempted to repair but still slightly leaked. I finally fixed it myself and is now good. I hate being called a liar!

One of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. My experience with them was horrible. Many leaks after they supposedly fixed my roof.

I bought a house last year that had had the flat roof redone in 2007 by Kenneco. There was a warranty on the roof good through 2013. However, when the roof started leaking after the monsoon season, I had them come out to repair the roof. However, the contractor sent, tried to first deny there was a leak, despite the new brown spots on the ceiling, then went up to look at the roof, and denied the leak was coming from a dipped area on the roof, but claimed the leak was from small cracks in the stucco walls surrounding the roof. The dipped are of the roof was spongy- it was pretty obvious they had roofed over some rotten wood. That area would collect water when it rained. However, he said he could "prove" it to me that the leak was coming from the walls, so I agreed to spray some water on the areas in question to see. When I attempted to spray water on the walls where he said the water was leaking from, he got mad and said, "Flood the roof with it, not there" I kept spraying
