Good god, I've never been treated to such arrogant, horrible, rude customer service as I received today. When I complained, the manager was even worse. Avoid this store at all costs.

They truly have everything you could ever want for your camera. I have a very old camera that very few people even have parts for anymore and they had everything i needed, plus everything for my much newer camera as well. And when my camera broke that i got there they repaired it for free even though it was a couple years later. Service is if-y but there is honestly no better place to get what you need for your camera.

I truly desire to give my business to small independent businesses and believe in second chances. However, this particular business has had approximately 6 chances with a substantial decrease in their customer service each time. Overpriced, overrated and the staffs friendly willingness leaves much to be desired.

I asked about a Panasonic camera, was told their cameras were junk and "I wouldn't have them in my store!!"Went to store on Juan Tabo, smelled of cat shit, big sign, don't let cat out, was told Panasonic is a "a big box store item, like COSTCO, wouldn't have them in the store.I have one, has a Leica zoom lens, sharp as a tack, no problems, ever. So much for their "Sales with Service," slogan.

I went into the store on Central and they were very helpful. I called that same store a few weeks later and felt like I was being a total nusance asking questions. I called again last week and was told that the item I wanted wasn't in stock, but I should try the Juan Tabo store. I called and she assured me that they had the item I was in need of (I even asked, "are you sure you have some in stock?). So, I drove ALL the way over there (a 45 minute drive) to be told that they didn't have the item. What a waste of time! I will order off line before I waste my time with them again!
