Last may I had one of my dogs euthanized and cremated ....today I had my other old dog pass away and tried to contact the services to have my beloved Suzie cremated ....I did not however have The name of the company that had done my prior service So I started to call all the Pet crematories available .....The first placed I called became quite curt when I read the signature off the certificate of remains and curtly told me that I was asking about his competitor ,and that I would have to find that information myself ....and hung up .....well the next number I called was Albuquerque Pet Memorial service inc ....and Was Blessed to be able to get hold of David Gifford the director , who not only was so very sympathetic .....suggested A vet I could actually have come to my house ....or other veterinary services .....I explained to him that my husband were both elderly and on a fixed income ....he was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was just as good as his wealthiest of clients .....Now I would not only like to thank you for your prompt service ,offer to pick my dog up from my house for me and making me feel that I was leaving my beloved pet in good hands .....Now as far as that negative report ....Reading it makes me think that one of his competitors decided to give that report out of spite .......It is understood that there might be the possibility of some other remains maybe being included with my pets ashes ....get real .....If you are so persistent in insisting that the pets remains are only yours then pay for the added expense of ensuring that only that pet is done at once .....because the costs of energy to cremate the remains is astronomical ........I for one would wholeheartedly use this company's serviced again ....and I sign this in my real name ....not ashamed to Thank you David and your assistants ...bless you for making my experience less traumatic From Marian Campo

85% of pets cremated out of this facility are trusty the remains of your pet its sad to say but there have been some misshape but animal cremation is not as monitored as human cremation and there we have our problems and the fact that they allow this to happen ounce a week if not more is just sad and unreal yes your pets do deserve the utmost respect and dignity but its just not available there.
