I purchased a pair of shoes for my nine year old a couple of days ago, they were a pair of converse and the color of them are white! He wore them for the first time yesterday, the only place we went to was to a couple of stores. He started to complain that the left shoe was rubbing the heel of his foot, making it really red. Now, there exchange policy is no refunds, only exchange. We took them back, they were a little dirty I will say and the clerk refused to exchange them for me, unless they were defected! I paid $41.00 for them, that may not be much money to others but to me that is a lot of money, I am a single mom and my kids and I dont have much. I was so upset and my little boy was even more upset. I did let the clerk know I would NEVER do business with them again and that was bad for business.
