Our experience with Loving Image has not been a great experience. We had many problems throughout the process and on the wedding day. Before booking, she seemed nice and easy to work with. We talked with her about wanting specific things done and she seemed receptive; however, on our wedding day, things turned out very differently.

She was not professional or courteous with us or our guests. She disregarded several things we discussed, deciding to do things on her own terms. One example was not placing cameras discreetly (which was in the contract), but the cameras were placed in the middle of the ceremony blocking the majority of our guests' views (we discussed prior to wedding that it would not be in the way). When attempting to discuss this or any other concerns and explain our feelings, she would become defensive, interrupt us talking, begin to yell, and go on about the time she spent. She could not understand that we were appreciative of the time spent; however, we were upset with the fact that she broke her contract, specifically with the cameras and professionalism.

Another example was during the editing process. We received the short story, but had requested a couple changes due to the quality of one part (which in previous conversations, we had talked about being a part of the editing process). We tried to give ideas on how to fix it, but she refused to listen. It took a long conversation and many tears to get her to agree to fixing just the one part. She does not seem to understand that the customer is first and we are the ones paying her to do the job. We expressed that we did not want something that did not look good. We even had to make compromises in other parts of the video and on our wedding day, due to her unwillingness to take feedback.

Overall, this has been an awful experience. Although we wanted a video of our wedding, we are extremely frustrated with our choice in videographer. This made us really question our desire to even have a video.
