I enjoy being a tenant here for Maddox Company. My family loves how my apartment is all nice and private in the back and I have no problem getting things done around here when I put in a work order they're out here in a convenient time for me.

Maddox Management has always been responsive to any need or concern when informed by their tenants. The staff at their office is always friendly and professional.

Anytime I put in a work order for any repair, the staff responded promptly. Haven't been here more than a year but would like a month to month lease after my year is up.

I called their office and spoke with a very pleasant receptionist. The following day I was able to go onto their website, place down a deposit on a great apartment in a great area. The process was super easy and done within an hour. Damian was also super pleasant and easy to work with.
