I received my beautiful Tacori ring today! Everyone was wonderful to work with and I will most definitely recommend Joe at Mark's Diamonds to any of my friends. He worked with my huband and I to design the perfect ring and treated us both extremely well.

I took some old jewelry with stones into Mark Diamonds and asked Michele to design a unique ring using all of the stones. She really delivered! At the beginning of the process she told me "we're not fast, but we're good" and she was right. She experimented with different designs and finally came up with something beautiful and unique. During the process she kept me informed of what was going on. I am so happy with my ring.

Came in looking for earrings. When I pointed that one of thePearl earrings in their display case was matte while the restwere glossy, the sales person looked at the earrings, agreed and put them back in the case. When I looked at her she replied, you have a sharp eye. Most people would not notice."I purchases pearl and diamond earrings elsewhere.

I am so disappointed and strongly urge people not to shop here. Years ago I had a platinum ring custom made for $4400. I want to sell the ring and there is no stamp authenticating the platinum, and the stamp is required by law. The ring is practically worthless valued at $900. I called the shop and they told me the stamp must have been buffed out. That's impossible because the ring has never been worn. Take your business elsewhere.

I shopped around and discovered Mark Diamond's to have the best knowledge and quality and unique designing abilities to custom make my fiancee's engagement ring. The whole staff was completely pleasant, fun, and extremely helpful! I wanted to propose in Hawaii during a business trip that I was taking Angelina on, and they came through on time and even a week early. They were able to create an amazing design that other jewelers seemed to be unable to make. I definitely feel I got more than what I paid for and will be returning for birthdays and anniversaries in the future. I feel that my very special fiancee has a truly one-of-a-kind wedding ring that no one else will have! I am definitely recommending them to all my friend's, co-workers, and family.
