This has been the worst florist experience I have ever had. My boyfriend selected my flowers from their website. He picked out the exact floral arrangement he wanted to get me. ONline They looked beautiful, a posy full of roses in a vase wrapped in velvet ribbon. Well this florist delivered it on my birthday at three in the afternoon when my boyfriend specified to come in the morning. So we missed the delivery guy and I had to wait for hours to get them. But that would not be a problem if the flowers were anything like they showed on their webpage. There were only 6 roses and the rest was filler. It looked nothing like the picture which was full of roses. My boyfriend paid $75.00 for nothing. I was extremely unsatisfied- I called to let them know and they quizzed me on exactly what my arrangement looked like and then rudely said they would pick up the flowers they messed up on and bring me some more. I cant believe the florist wanted to exchange the old arrangement. Since they messed up on my birthday they should have let me keep the flowers they already sent and give me the correct bouquet. Then they came the NEXT day and left the flowers with a neighbor I didnt know. After I called to ask where my flowers were they said they left them with a neighbor and then They made sure to come back by and pick up the flowers they messed up on without even apologizing. The flowers were still not the same and I thought the service was horrible. I mean who leaves flowers with an unknown neighbor then comes to pick up the flowers they messed up on. Not to mention they were horribly rude. Stay away from this florist- they have ugly floral arrangements and they are extremely rude.
