Horrible experience. The first room we got smelled horrible. The second had no refrigerator or microwave. They got our food order wrong and never got it right even after complaints. Rice was hard. No DVD player available in the whole hotel. After speaking with management, did not feel any better. They brushed our complaints off about the fridge and microwave saying we didn't book a room with those. Even though the website states those are in everyroom. Not happy with this place. Will never come back. I wldnt suggest this place to anyone unless all they need is a bed. Needs new management, or maybe they should change the name to inelegant.
