Each loan is an emotional investment because for me as every Borrower is more than just a loan; they are my friends, neighbors, and community. I have been providing mortgages to fellow New Mexicans for more than 30 years. I have originated New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (NMMFA), single-loan close construction loans, FHA 203K Rehabilitation Loans, Fannie Mae Home-style renovation, and the basic VA, FHA and Conventional loans.
