Do NOT use these people. I spoke with them multiple times before getting the MRI in regard to price because I'm basically self pay due to high deductible and they quoted me a price range of $300-500, with their self pay cap of $450. They told me the bill would be adjusted down if it came back higher. Bill came in over $600. I called and got "too bad." I asked to speak with a manager, waited 2 weeks for a call back and when I did not get one, called back to both pay them and to complain and let them know I would be filing a complaint and giving them a bad review. Instead of just taking the payment, Amber R kept arguing with me about how I was wrong and even though she had just put me on hold to "get her credit card machine" after my third attempt on the call to give her a cc#, she threatened to "send me to collections" if I didn't want to pay it. Hello...I was calling to pay it. I said some things I shouldn't have at that point and she refused to take my payment. So now, I get to call back and deal with them tomorrow again.

I am 67 and this is probably the worst MRI experience I have ever had. I am large so my shoulders would not fit in their tube... it was back of a 40 ft trailer pulled by a diesel truck...they put me in feet first for a lower back reading and I had to put my arms over my head....they soon went to sleep from a earlier surgery.

I don't know why my doctor referred me to them as I clearly request Lovelace who has the equipment, expertease and customer service experience. I am on medicare and probably didn't have a choice........If you have a choice and you are a large person, do not use this company.
