Management Resource Consulting MRC was founded in 1984 by Robert Schultz as an Executive Search Firm, providing highly focused talent acquisition services in two niche areas: to Industry generally for HR Professionals and to the Mining Industry specifically for Mining Professionals. In recognition of the inevitable and constant changes in the marketplace around human capital needs in 2006 MRC began to offer HR Consulting Services to our HR Search clients, with the goal of enhancing their talent retention efforts as well.
