Busy on Saturday’s but weekdays are shorter wait times..... got everything done and 15% off for writing a review which is great.

very slow, rude, extremely expensive and they don't explain things at all!

Ive used this place several times, never a problem. I live in tijeras and if youve ever had to deal with the incompetent boobs at tijeras mvd you will appreciate the efficiency of this store. Worth the extra money and tnan some. I see the negative reviewers on here as unprepared dillholes who probably are here illegally anyway.

These people have no idea what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!! I called Santa Fe and Eubank to make sure I had all the correct paperwork so they wouldn't send me back like they always seem to do. SURPRISE when i get to Eubank.....I need to get my Birth Certificate "translated and notarized" so I called Santa Fe and complained about the lack of info. like it was not their fault they said oh yeah you need that too. so i went and got it done, which cost me 37 dlls to do. After that i decided to call the Rio Bravo location and asked them if they were sure that's what i need.......well I go back to the one on Rio Bravo and the teller gives it back to me and tells me she doesn't need it!! didn't even look at it!!! AGH!!!! 37dlls down the hole and all that time and trips....waste. WE all need to make former complaint against these problems or they will never change the rules and policies. PLEASE!!!! take the time I wouldn't give them a star....'d take them away

It has taken me 2 1/2 months to get my new license plates because of their screw-ups! After waiting a month, I telephoned to check to see what was happening and a rude young girl said to me, "YOU don't call us, WE call you". I went in to see what the problem was and they'd sent the form to the wrong people. We started the process over again (no apologies from them). Then, another month later (they sent the form to the wrong state this time), they said it took 18 days for my title to arrive in Albuquerque from California!

I paid a LOT of money to these people to avoid a long line. Next time I will go to MVD itself as these "specialists" are a spin-off from real MVD and real MVD wishes these "specialists" would be GONE! They told me so! Beware, you have been warned!!! It will cost you extra, too! I paid $110!!!
