A Good Place

I have used this facility on numerous occasions for travel and training ( the last time in April). The personnel have always been responsive to my needs. Their courses are conducted professionally, they are demanding, are conducted with a heavy emphasis on safety. I highly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be belittled and treated poorly!

Went to NM Scuba Center to get my certification to dive. Stacey Minton, the owner of the business, is by far the worst. She is rude, condescending, and will take every opportunity to bash someone for not understanding material right away. The experience was so poor I left prior to certifying and they wouldn't refund any of my money. There is a complete lack of knowledge with this business, especially the owner, with regard to customer service. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!
