I love how Danny cuts my hair. I now refuse to have anyone else cut it. The last time I had it cut I had somewhere to go after and he went above and beyond to style and curl it just for my event and did't charge me extra for it.

I happened to be there having my nails done the day this customer came in and witnessed the whole thing. I know for a fact that the customer was returned the $100 since I saw Danny, the owner give it to her. And on another occasion I heard a lady ranting and raving about how good Danny was at cutting & coloring hair. After he was done she said she left her purse at home and would be back with the $$$, she never came back. From that day on I have had my hair cut by Danny, he's so good at cuts & colors. But that's besides the point.. some people are out there to rip off others, and I believe Toni Stanger might be one of them!

Customers had multiple services done at my salon.When services were finished I personally went to register as I alwaysdo to take her payment.I told customer the amount, she handed me a $100 bill.I retold customer the amount was $160.She looked through her purse and then decide to pay by credit/debt card.I handed her back the $100 bill and she gave me card.She put her pin# in and added a tip and left the store happy.Two days later she came back in yelling and threading me that she was an attorney demanding the $100 bill.I told her that i did not have it nor was my bank cashier drawer over.She left the store upsetting my staff and customers.A couple hours later she sent her husband back scaring my wife.He said if we gave him $50 back they would leave us alone.My wife went a head and put $50 dollars back on the visa/credit card so they would leave us alone and quit harassing us in front of our customers.(see receipt).I am a upstanding citizen and an honest man.We did not take this person money.We do not wish to be threatening or harassed any more.I have been in business for 4 years and have never been accused of this ever.

Thief's and Liars, they ripped my mom off. She gave them 100 in cash and wanted to pay the rest on her card, she didn't have her glasses on when she signed the debit card receipt and didn't notice they had charged her over 180 dollars. Two days later she checked her bank account and realized what happened. We went back to get her 100 dollars and the owner lied to our faces. He stated that she told him she didn't have enough money and wanted it all on the card and he handed the money back. Not true she had three hundred dollars in her purse and could have paid it all in cash had she desired to do so. He also said the video just happened to get deleted.

I love going to NY Nails/Hair. Everyone is so friendly and they remember you each time you go in. Tina & Lisa give good advise on nail care & current styles. Danny give the best hair cut too. Incredible with color treatments! Thanks Team,Kelly ~ amorceremonies.com

The people here at New York Nails on San Mateo by Weck's are the nicest and most talented group of people I have ever met that work in a salon. I have always recieved the best customer service and I am always amazed how good I feel after I leave their. Superb service. Hair and nails were done perfectly each time we visited from out of state.

Quoted one price for hair and charged $25 more after services rendered. Horrible customer service!
