Horrible. Just horrible. All of it. The customer service, the cats, the atmosphere. Its really cramped in there, cats run amok, and the instructors are rude and condescending, to students and apparently their employees. The woman instructor likes to scream and be rude to employees, even with customers present. Talk about degrading. And not only that while she is teaching she is very loud and obnoxious and thinks her opinion is the only thing that matters. Won't be wasting my money here again. I like local art and local business but if you're going to be rude to the people you teach maybe you should reconsider it as a profession.
