1st of all I have never heard it take 9 months to get the financing and paperwork up to speed to purchase a home. The Oakwood Holmes in ABQ has taken that long. The loan has been passed around to 3 or 4 sales people.

I have called the manager several times and have yet heard from him.

If I owned the business I sure would not want these people trying to sale my product. I call the office and Liz answers and Moises is never around. Excuses, excuses. What a shame to have young people get their hopes up just to wait 9 months for someone to get of their dead end and do their work. I\'ll tell you one thing if I did my job like that I sure would not have one. It disgust me that some people call this work. I only gave them 1 star rating because I rate, other wise I would have given them a big fat ZERO.

Was already approved for a loan. Salesman kept increasing amount for down payment saying the finance company was requiring it. I called the finance company and it was not true!!! I worked on purchasing this home for a little over 3 months and they just kept dragging their feet and wanted more money. Finally had enough and I am taking my business elsewhere! Finance company even called another business on my behalf to purchase pretty much the same home.
