Provided by YP.comInstructors very thorough in class and behind the wheel. Built my confidence behind the wheel. Parking session was very good. Gave good instructions to properly park the first time. You can tell each of the instructors have many years of experience teaching.

This school was bad. The first night I took my daughter to register they had no organization. They took the students into a room and told the parents that they would process them in. The second night I took my daughter and requested more info. I was pretty upset because I was given a form that stated that no refund would be given after the first day to which my daughter had already attended. So, another words if I had decided to drop this school they wouldn't refund the money. The other bad experience was no organization of classroom structure, scheduled hrs for students to drive and the owner/instructors attitudes and comments were "this is what you get and if you don't like it, to bad." When I asked about pickup of the certificate of completion I was given a time/and 2wks after completion of the course. I called the owner "Alfredo" and was told that the time to pickup had changed. I voiced my opinion that I was very dissatisfied and told him I was going to the BBB and he said to me

I have had 3 children go to this "driving school". All 3 had very poor instructors and were given very little time of actual driving experience. I thought the experience of my first 2 kids (they went together) was an anomaly and not indicative of the schools consistent "teaching" methods and so I sent another of my children there, 2 years after the first 2 went. My 3rd child told me of the "instruction" he was being given and it was as bad, if not worse than his siblings encountered. The instructors took kids out for "driving lessons" when they wanted to run errands or go home for something, like a cell phone. There was no regular driving experience at regular class intervals. All of my children were encouraged to speed and told the "speed limits were a guideline, not a law". This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous! The "Instructors" also stated that "it's your parent's responsibility to teach you to drive, not ours." My 4th child will go to a different driving school!
