I have been buying propane from Ortega's for more than 20 years and have had great service from them always, including the best prices and prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend them.

The workers are friendly and efficient, the business is kept clean, and the service is great. However, one must question the integrity of the business model when there is a practice of listing hours of operation as 6 AM to 5 PM on weekdays on the business webpage, and no one shows up for work until 7 AM... on some days. It has been a hit and miss situation on several occasions whether to find someone there at 6AM or not. I have taken it as a task to call ahead. Clearly, this business practice can leave customers with a bad taste in their mouths.

This Company provides great customer service and has the Best Prices on Propane around! I always comparison shop and no one beats their pricing! They take great care of their customers.

Great family owned and operated business. Service is excellent! The staff is very friendly. You can refill your propane tank for the grill for almost half the price of Walmart and other businesses.

After some really snotty service from one of the other outfits, I switched to Ortega's on my neighbor's recommend-ation& have only good things to say....and the prices are considerably better than the others.I have always been treated with courtesy& promptness bythe Very Nice folks at Ortega's.

we live in the east mountains and they only deliver one time a week; it doesn't matter if you are low on propane. also, they charge $75 for a service call, even though you rent the tank from them at crazy prices. On the plus side, whoever answers the phone there is really nice.

I was given a replacement tank when I had 4 tanks filled. The replacement tank has a bad fitting and I returned it only to be told that they had no control over outside tanks but would sell me a new one.I will take my Business else where. Very Poor customer support and relations.Typical New Mexico service.

Ortega's Propane is very prompt with their delivering propane in all kinds of weather. Mo is especially cordial and helpful. I have been their customer for 5 years and I would not get my propane from any other company.

Nearly a dollar less per gallon than anyone else. You may have to wait a bit because this place is extremely popular, but it's worth it!

If you like being ignored, not acknowledged as a customer, and feeling like all they really care about is your money, well, Ortega's is the place for you. The guy with the goatee is a real jerk. No "Hello, can I help you?", "What can I do for you today?", or "Thanks, have a nice day," They merely take your money and can't wait for you to leave. The people who work there talk to each other while waiting on the customer, even when you go to pay for your gas. The customer is barely noticed at all, unless you are a big account or friends with the workers. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I called the shop from the freeway. He gave me a quote and said to bring my RV to check it. The shop seemed busy, but John Padilla checked our motorhome within a few minutes and found our propane leak. He was fast and very friendly. As a matter of fact, the other 2 women we encountered were sweet too. Thanks Ortega's Propane. You really made our trip better. .

I've used Ortega's for my propane needs for years. It's always a quick in and out. They've been helpful with supplying a couple used and recertified tanks. I'm a happy customer.

Great service. Quality performance

The business has everything you need except for personality and manors. The people there are rude, the employees are lazy and they really don't care if you buy from them or not. They must have enough big accounts that if you are buying anything under $100 they could care less about you and will let you know by ignoring you and then just by being straight out rude. Heaven forbid they could help out an old man with his propane tanks considering he is a paying customer. I go somewhere else now, I pay a little more but it is worth it because I receive service with a smile and assistance and never have any attitude.
