If this company is the same company run by Oscar Najera in Albuquerque, then it is awful. I wanted to give it a no star rating but YP requires me to select at least one. The other reviews are right. His service is poor. I had him work on my roof. They removed the swamp cooler and just covered the hole with tar paper. Well, it rained that same day and the water caused the hole to tear and leak into our house. Also, they made other holes when they removed the old roofing. So, we had more leaks. His response was the leaks existed before he started working on the roof. When I told him that I would stop payment, hire my attorney, call another roofer to fix it and charge him for the repair, he finally fixed the problem. I had to monitor him and his crew until the job was done. He and his company are not worth the effort or the money. Going with them will be like having another full-time job because you become manager of the job rather than Oscar taking responsibility.

This is a terrible company, i paid oscar 550.00 to fix a leak and add more rock to my roof, although he did add gravel the leak was not fixed. I called oscar several times to come fix the leak, he always stated i will be there in a few days and never showed up. He offers a 3 year guarantee which he does not honor, he no longer answers my calls. Go with someone else to work on your roof.

Oscar’s Roofing re-roofed the home that I purchased approximately six months ago. It was represented to me that the roof was two years old and I was provided with a contract that the seller and their agent represented as a three-year warranty on the roof. A leak in the roof has caused damage to my newly renovated home, and Oscar’s Roofing still has not accepted responsibility. When I contacted him the day I noticed the leak, he put me off for as long as he could, telling me that he was too tired to come to my house. When he finally did show up, he was not prepared to fix the roof, told me to leave a towel where it was leaking, and he would be back in a few days. Again, I called in a few days and he told me he was too tired. Eventually he came and fixed the leak, but not before it caused damage inside, and he never did accept responsibility for the leak. In fact, he told me he was just being a nice guy by fixing the leak because it wasn’t his fault. In other words, he had no intention of honoring any type of guarantee or warranty. Upon closer review of the contract that Oscar’s Roofing was using, I could see that Oscar was using another roofer’s contract, but whiting out the other roofer’s name and replacing it with his own. He just wasn’t thorough, leaving the other roofer’s name in one location, but altering all language that particular roofer does have in his contract. Oscar altered the language that the reputable roofer has in his contract that would make him accountable for worker’s compensation and liability insurance. Everything about this guy is irresponsible. I have to completely re-roof my house because, after having a reputable roofer take core samples, it is clear that Oscar’s Roofing didn’t even follow code. Five other roofers looked at my roof and couldn’t believe that it had been done only two years earlier. Based on the core samples, I question whether he even really re-roofed the entire roof.

I wouldn’t hire this guy to install a roof on my dog house!!
