They installed the roof on our home and have maintained it for the past seven years. They are reliable, show up when they say they will, and are reasonably priced when repairs need to be made. We highly recommend them.

The service I received from Mateus was good. He re-caulked the roof in several locations. I was, however, disappointed to learn the roof was only 18 month old and the re-caulk is recommended every 2-3 years (and no warranties for this service). I hope Otero is able to find a no-maintenance roofing solution that lasts at least ten years. In addition, some sort of discount for this service should be offered if maintenance is required before five years. I was charge Otero's full service fee and will likely find another contractor in the future.

Done on time as promised! Quote was not inflated, reasonable price for outstanding work! Would highly recommend.

After our new roof leaked and damaged walls they gave us a price to repair it. They never showed up to keep the appointment. We sent a registered letter but they never responded. It was a good thing we didn’t have them repair it after all because two other companies showed us how they had improperly installed all of the cannolis and improperly applied another area all of which we had to have redone. Sad job, poor customer service.

Otero and Sons requires a 250.00 non refundable appointment scheduling fee, I understand why. They frustrate customers by not showing up on appointments set by Otero. Otero rescheduled us three time and did not call us, we had to call and ask why they didn't show up!! They simply don't care about the customer.
Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.

Otero & Sons Roofing does not honor their appointments. I tried twice to do business with this company and both time they never showed up. I will never recommend this company.

Worst business that I have ever worked with. They did a poor quality job and would not complete the work that they agreed to. Never once did they keep in communication with me on the status of the job. Avoid this company to save yourself from stress, hassle and frustration. You might need also need to get the BBB involved.
