I previously rented a jumper from this company and they failed to keep their word on the date they were picking up the jumper. So i tried them again thinking maybe something honestly came up the last time. I scheduled a jumper to be delivered three weeks before the party. So i call 5 days before the party to make sure plans are going well, and i get the owner on the phone saying she was supposed to call me sometime that day telling me she has had the jumper I wanted reserved for four months! Why did she not call me earlier for I could arrange another company to supply the jumper? She tells my brother that she has the right to cancel an hour before the time they are supposed to show up! What happen to courtesy to your clients? The first time i called her to rent a jumper we were discussing why she can not get any business. Now i know why. The owner can not keep to their word and atleast have their clients come first. I would not recommend this company, pay the extra buck to atleast have another company provide you with what you want and you can be able to trust their word.
