Highly recommended, but when working with them, they will only try to charge you more. They replaced a broken water heater, decided to not use the new parts I bought and when the heater started leaking, argued with me that is was my fault! They used existing parts, even the city inspector said what they did was wrong, but in trying to solve a problem with them, both the wife Pearl and the husband AL will argue with you and try to make it seem as the customer that YOU are at fault. They are the WORST company to work with, you are better off calling someone else. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!
