I had some issue with my former dentist. I started looking around and came across Perfect Teeth. I went in and the staff waas very helpfull and caring. The Doctor was very nice and caring. I really felt good after I left.

You made a difficult situation tolerable with your caring manner. You made me, seemingly, your first priority and a part of a team effort for my healing. Words cannot describe my gratitude.”

My husband and I generally visit the dentist's office with great reluctantance. We signed up ro Perfect Teeth because of the dental plan (we had no insurance) offered. As usual, we were full of anxiety upon arriving but everyone there was sincerely kind and considerate. The offie receptionist, Olga, has been wonderful about scheduling and is unfailingly friendly. The same can be said also of the hygienist, Monica,(who did a thorough job of cleaning withhout causing pain). I must also mention Mario and Gabby who are similarly dedi8cated and kind and put us at ease. Dr. VanLeeuwen was very attentive, kindly and efficient, referring me to another dentist for oral surger and possible imlant. Exceptional service in all instances.

I had the same thing happen to me. Got billed for something I didn't need. The patient rooms are adjacent to each other so you can hear and see everything in the other patients room, reminds me of a factory, roll em in, roll em out!

I went to this Dentist last year for a cleaning. The service itself was decent. A few weeks later I get a bill for $109. They performed some kind of gum procedure I didn't ask for, nor did I know or was I explained to what it was for, I figured it was part of the cleaning process. I called my insurance, they told me that they didn't pay the procedure because they didn't deam it was necessary. I went and spoke to the office manager, she told me that sometimes the insurance will pay, sometimes they don't. I told her that I only came for a cleaning...she didn't care and I got stuck with the bill anyway.
