Took our dog in after a freak accident -- being impaled by a piece if rebar. They took us immediately to the back and updated us in our state of confusion/panic. Nurse and doctor were very patient and sympathetic to our situation. Great people and they love animals.

The staff at this clinic are some of the most caring and friendly people you could possibly encounter in this town! They always remember little details about my pet and I and they're always happy to see us when ever we come in. There has never been a time where I've felt disrespected or like I wasn't receiving the best service possible.

We know that Abbey is in great hands and we aren't scared about leaving her here. Thank you. We will be back to pick her up.

I took my dog here purely out of convenience as it was later in the evening. A tech (I'm assuming) asked me questions, took my dog to the back and began "taking vitals". I was then called into a room and another tech asked me the same exact questions. Then the vet, Dr. Nash, came in and repeated the answers the techs had written down, which were not correct. After taking x-rays, she shows them to me, tells me everything looks good except the stomach is 3 times the normal stomach and I should go back in the morning to get another one to see if it has gone down. Instead of going back the I called my vet because my dog had now begun to vomit. My vet gives me instructions on what to do (does not tell me to go in and pay a $280 for vitals and an x-ray), explains why her stomach was enlarged and low and behold... She got better! Moral of my story? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PETROGLYPH!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. After calling around to find prices on having my very elderly dog euthanized, we settled on Petroglyph Animal Hospital. Once we were there they added all sorts of extra fees and it added up to twice what we were quoted on the phone. Since I had my dying dog there already, I didn't want to cause her more pain and load her back in the car to go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This was absolutely the worst vet's office I've ever been to. Please, please, please, for the sake of your animal DO NOT go here. The lack of professionalism was astounding. They treated my cat extremely inhumanely and I will never return.

Stay away from these people....They will play upon your fears in trying to talk you into an invasive and extremely expensive procedure...Very unprofessional...After a 2000 dollar procedure, they could tell me nothing and offered zero follow up non my hound dog...TRhe "vet" basically tried to scare me into thinking my hound would die if the pricey procedure was not performed and it turns out....her "prediction" of what was wrong was entirely unfounde...These people are after your money and cared little for my pet...My advice is stay away from them as they appear very dishonest and greedy

Love Dr. Nickol !! The staff if extremely compassionate and caring. I will continue to bring in my Yorkie for all of her needs. We will be back for her second set of shots. See you then.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is really nice. They have always been willing to accommodate last minute appointments and are very responsive if I call with questions.

The entire staff, from intake at the counter, to the techs, to the vets, are absolutely top-notch. The care they have for the animals' well-being is first, not how much they can sell or bill.

This is place is the worst. We added a 16 week puppy to our family and just wanted an expert opinion to insure she was ok. $45 for the consultation; and for that price, they checked her temperature, heart beat, and knees. They never looks at her skin or in her ears. We had to point out the bald spot on her belly, which they charged us an additional $31.50 to perform a skin scrape. The "Veterinarian" said that the skin scrape test didn't show demodectic mange, but said maybe a possibility of ring worm. She said she was going to prescribe some "cream" medication, but a few minutes later gave us a small bottle to spray on the balding spot. She failed to mention the price of $50.50 for the spray, which really looked as clear as water. The was another recommendation, which we declined for $50. The only thing they did a great job on was adding/recommending unnecessary charges. When we went to check out, the bill was $250 and our decline of the recommendations were added to the bill. Of course I contested the recommendations, and made it very clear that I will never visit their facility again. I do not recommend this business. In my opinion, their crooks feeding on your emotions. Just some FYI... My experience with these clinics are over 10 years having more than 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 birds in our family.

They took great care of my baby Diva. She is definitely a spoiled one but they were able to handle her.

I would recommend them to anyone. I could never say enough nice and wonderful things about them.

My dog has been coming here since day 1 and I'm always very satisfied with the staff and service.

We love Petroglyph – the doctors and techs are so good and the girls out front are so friendly. We really appreciate the evening and weekend hours – especially for an emergency (Sunday) Rachel was excellent and so was the doctor!!! Thank you!!!

I have been going to him for at least 5 years now and he is always super nice and always with a smile. I have two dogs a German Sheppard and a Cocker Spaniel and my mom also takes her Cocker Spaniel to him too. I have also had to take a kitten (or 2) we found to him who needed immediate attention and saw me right away. You can really truly tell he loves his job and we love him ...he is great =)
