I have been there four times now. Lots of hoops to jump through to get deals that end up costing more than I wanted to pay. Got a membership last time around only to find out that you must use all of the coupons in the order they establish for items they determine you want. This last time our granddaughter took a spill the day before the appt. I wanted the pics to be touched up and the photographer had already started printing them. I should have asked her to stop and start over. She said, "Don't you want it as a memory?" No, really wanted professional pictures. Can't wait for the "membership" to be over!

Do not use! Having used Picture People in the past I was excited to book a portrait session for my daughter. That was until they called me to cancel at the last minute because of "an emergency". These people need to get it together before they start booking appointments. Very disappointing.
