Upon going to Prairie Dog by referral, I left my two lap dogs (peeka-poos)for a cut and wash. I paid over $85 dollars for both cut and washes and my wife and I were mortified by the bad cuts. They left several bald patches on my dogs chest and legs. My wife requested a poodle face cut and we received a self-entitled teddy bear cut that was un even and very long. None of the suggestions that my wife left for the groomer or the supervisor were followed, upon calling Prairie Dog about our concerns and dissatisfaction, we were addressed that it was our fault for miscommunicating and that only the Owner could be allowed to make decision about rectifying the situation. So in the end we paid over $45 dollars per 10 pound lap dog, and we got two dogs with bald patches, over shaved legs, overgrown faces, and one sore paw. And when these concerns are brought up, the groomer and supervisor blamed us, the client, and then when I called back requesting a full name and managment or owner I was told
