I have astigmatism and very dry eyes for the past month I have been trying to get contact lenses and have yet to find some that I like, but the Dr is very patient ad keeps working with me giving me new lenses to try each time. I also have Lupus and he makes sure my eyes are in top shape, I wold not trust anyone else with my eyes. The girls in the front desk are so nice and always great people with a smile, I will highly recommend this place.

It has been three weeks since i had my exam and ordered my glasess. After paying $500.00 they have still not come in and they can't tell me when they will be in. also they keep saying they will coall about them but so far it hasn't happened. They also failed to give me the prescription for the allergy drops that the optometrist prescribed.My husband ordered new glasses at the same time and his aren't in yet, either.We are NOT impressed.

I recently moved to ABQ. I have worn contacts for 19 yrs. I visited Precision Eye Care (PEC) in mid-Dec. My time with the doc was hurried. The doc diagnosed me w/3.25 in left; 3.50 in right. This is .50 less than previous prescriptions. I discovered I couldn't see well. I made follow-up appointment. I told the doc that I'd diagnosed with mild astigmatism in my left eye. (Shouldn't he have seen this on first appt?) Previous docs bumped my prescription up by .5 in left eye to accomodate. He said I needed expensive toric lense. He gave me a toric, saying it may not fit right, but not offering another option. It didn't fit. Next follow-up, the receptionist thrust a contact lense at me; I didn't get to see doc for the appt! After trying contact for days, called to speak to doc & was told he'd call me back. Receptionist called; doc too busy. Poor service. Went to new doc. Prescription: 3.75 in both eyes. No need for toric! Out of pocket cost @ PEC: $111. At new place: $60.PEC wouldnt refund

Been going there for 10 years til we move to Texas.
